Cancellations or Rescheduling with Sufficient Notice:
If you provide at least three (3) business days' notice (72 business hours) before the course start time, you are eligible for either:A full refund, or
A full credit toward a future course.
Late Cancellations or Changes (within 72 business hours):
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within three (3) business days of the course date are not eligible for a refund. However, you may reschedule your session for a future date by paying a $35 administrative fee.How to Submit a Request:
To cancel or reschedule your booking, please call (647) 799-3127 during business hours or email info@swiftlifesaver.com. Be sure to include your booking number in your message.
